90 Day challenge
Welcome to the 90 Day Challenge! Burn fat fast with this series of workouts that mix easy yoga poses with high intensity exercises. Each full workout is 30 minutes but you can also go to the Workout Bank and choose individual 5 minute sections of each workouts. We recommend you repeat the same workout 4 x a week and follow all workouts in the weekly order we have given them to you. As always it’s best to do Yoga Blitz alongside our diet plan.
