Get bikini ready by blitzing away the fat and firming up! You will be working your whole body with this intense 6 week programme designed to get you ready for the beach. Each full workout is 30 minutes but you can also go to the Workout Bank and choose individual 5 minute sections of each workouts.
We recommend you repeat the same workout 4 x a week and follow all workouts in the weekly order we have given them to you. As always it’s best to do Yoga Blitz alongside our diet plan. You are going to love Bikini Blitz!
