Post Natal Bliss
Congratulations on your new arrival! In this Post Natal Bliss programme we take you through 3 easy yoga flows which gently work on healing and strengthening your core muscles. There’s also help for specific issues like Diastasis Recti, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica, the Pelvic Floor and Pelvic Girdle.
You must check with your doctor first but the government advise returning to exercise after your 6 week check up if the birth was straightforward, or after 8-10 weeks for a ‘C’ section. We suggest you follow the workouts at least 3 times a week to get the best results.
