Target and tone your problem areas with this brilliant strength and conditioning programme designed to focus on different areas of your body including your belly, butt and arms. You can either choose the workouts that focus on the area you wish to tone or you can follow all of the workouts in order.
Each full workout is 25 minutes but you can also go to the Workout Bank and choose individual 5 minute sections. As always it’s best to do Yoga Blitz alongside our diet plan. We recommend you workout 4 x a week to get the best results. Let's get going!
