Pregnancy Bliss Introduction
Welcome to Pregnancy Yoga Bliss! These gentle yoga workouts are specially devised to help you and your growing baby during pregnancy. Do check with your doctor first but we recommend you start after your first trimester. There are 7 workouts which get gradually easier as your pregnancy progresses. Workouts 1-3 are better to do during the 2ndtrimester, workouts 4-7 for the later stages of your pregnancy.
